If you need to ship your items/displays before the fair, please send all clearly labeled items to: CWU Career Services 400 E. University Way, Bouillon 206 Ellensburg, WA 98926-7499
If you would like Career Services to return your items, make sure to put a pre-paid label on your gear and then give it to event staff before departure. We can take packages to FedEx or UPS on your behalf, as long as it is prepaid.
Generally, we provide meal cards, though you should check any fair materials for event-specific information. Meal cards are pre-loaded with a set value (based on per diem) and can then be used at any of the food and beverage locations in the Student Union and Recreation Center (SURC). These are only good for the day of the event. Visitors should also note that CWU is a cashless campus, but there is a cash-to-card kiosk at the SURC.
If you are on campus as a registered participant in one of our events, parking will be provided/included in the cost of registration. For larger events, we rent a field at the nearby Kittitas County Fairgrounds and shuttle employers to the venue. Smaller events will generally include digital parking passes for on-campus parking. Details will be provided to employers before event day.
If you are coming to campus for any other reason, you will need to pay for your on-campus parking. Daily passes can be purchased at kiosks on campus for $6. More information about this can be found on the CWU Parking page.
