Job Description
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain the monthly QCR report.
- Issue Kloudgin Work Orders to field staff.
- Compliance List Maintenance.
- Update the JC New Taps & Service upgrades list.
- File Leak letters, 30 day follow up letters.
- Answer phone calls generated from other departments complete calls and relay information to field representatives as needed.
- Maintain Construction Road Opening List.
- Handle special projects assigned by Management.
Qualifications
Education/Experience/Background:
- High School Diploma/GED is required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Must be capable of learning and utilizing company software such as but not limited to UBS, Peoplesoft, and meter reading specific software Kloudgin.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Additional Information
Pay Range: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour.
