The Conference Center Host at Cascades serves as a point of contact for guest groups and retreats that rent lodging and space at Cascades. Hosts are trained and supervised by the Guest Services Director. Hosts are responsible for:
- Opening and ensuring cleanliness of lodging before group arrival.
- Responding to group leaders requests regarding lodging.
- Coordinating event details with staff in other departments.
- Shutting down lodging spaces at the conclusion of a group’s stay.
The Host must have skills in hospitality, customer service, time management, and attention to detail.
