The barista at Cascades is a local hero. Preparing coffee and other beverages for campers, guests, and staff is the name of the game for the barista. The barista:
- Enjoys communicating and interacting with diverse people
- Uses a point-of-sale interface to take payment
- Provides customer service, answering guests questions
- Assists the food services team when done with barista tasks
- Must have a valid food handler’s permit (Cascades can reimburse cost as needed)
Team members will gain valuable skills in food preparation, coffee preparation, customer service, hospitality, teamwork, and leadership.
